Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By accessing or using AMCC’s telehealth services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.


1. Definitions

  • AMCC, “we,” “us” or “our”: American Medical Consultation Center, a telehealth provider based in Damascus, Syria.

  • Patient, “you” or “your”: Any individual who uses or registers for our Services.

  • Services: Telehealth consultations, follow-up visits, prescription services, and related healthcare activities provided via our platform.

  • Healthcare Providers: U.S.-licensed physicians and allied professionals engaged by AMCC to deliver medical advice and treatment.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, scheduling an appointment, or otherwise using our Services, you:

  1. Acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms;

  2. Consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Compliance Statement.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.

  • You must reside in a jurisdiction where telehealth consultations with U.S. providers are permitted.

4. Account Registration

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your username and password and for all activities under your account.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

5. Services & Consultations

  1. Scope: We offer remote medical consultations only. No in-person care or emergency services.

  2. Scheduling: Appointments must be booked through our platform; same-day availability is subject to provider schedules.

  3. Communication: Consultations occur via secure video, phone, or chat. You agree to have a private, well-lit environment and a stable internet connection.

  4. Medical Records: All consultations are documented in your electronic health record in compliance with HIPAA.

6. Fees, Billing & Payment

  • Fees: Our consultation fees are outlined on the booking page. Fees are payable in advance or at the time of service.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and approved electronic payment services.

  • Insurance: We may bill insurance on your behalf where permissible; you remain responsible for any co-payments or uncovered services.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Patient Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur the full consultation fee.

  • Provider Cancellations: If a provider cancels, you will be offered the next available appointment or a full refund.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate medical history, symptoms, and other relevant information.

  • Follow your provider’s recommendations.

  • Seek emergency care if you experience life-threatening symptoms.

9. Provider Obligations

Our Healthcare Providers will:

  • Conduct consultations in accordance with U.S. standard of care and HIPAA privacy and security requirements.

  • Document your condition, treatment recommendations, and prescriptions in your health record.

  • Refer you to in-person care when clinically necessary.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, logos, and software on our platform are owned by or licensed to AMCC.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Your personal and health information is protected under our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Compliance Statement.

  • We will not disclose your information except as authorized by you or required by law.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • No Emergency Services: Our Services are not a substitute for in-person emergency care. Call your local emergency number for urgent issues.

  • “As Is” Basis: Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AMCC’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AMCC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic.

  • Dispute Resolution: Any dispute shall be resolved through the courts of Damascus, Syria, or through binding arbitration in Damascus, at AMCC’s discretion.

15. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting to our platform with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
